ZJ Building Services were engaged by our facilitates management repeat client to undertake the enabling package for a large air source heat pump installation within the centre of London.

ZJBS undertook the relocation of tennant critical cooling and replacement and relocation water tanks. All works were undertaken in a live environment with critical system cooling downtime limited to 12 hours even with temporary arrangements.

Replacing the water tanks was limited to 1 days downtime on a Sunday when the restaurant was closed meaning for both sets of works meticulous planning was required to ensure that the installation was completed and a small tie over session was all that was required.

ZJBS undertook the full M&E scope of works, with the exception of controls that was instructed by the main contractor.
