ZJ Building Services were engaged by of our main contractor repeat clients to complete the mechanical installation for 3 floors at the prestigious Eden building in the centre of Manchester for one of their blue-chip clients.

The design was at Riba 4 and the floor had already undergone a CAT A fit out. Our works were to complete the CAT B mechanical works consisting of fan coil unit moves, public health, critical cooling and controls. All works included procurement, installation, water treatment and commissioning.

We undertook the works over 12 weeks completing this within the clients timescales.
