ZJ building services were approached by one of our hard service facilities clients to undertake a fan coil replacement across 3 floors of an office building within central London.

The exiting VRF system with local BS boxes was installed a number of years ago and had reached its full life expectancy. ZJ Building services worked with the main contractor and their other selected trades to identify the cleanest way to complete this within a live building.

Existing pipework conditions were assessed and found to be in good working order and therefore were retained.

ZJBS undertook mechanical installation only with procurement, controls, electrical and building works completed in partnership under the main contractor.
