ZJ Building Services were engaged by our client to develop a new air handling system throughout the manufacturing facility in Petersfield. The works were let on a design and build bases from Riba 2 – 5 with ZJ also leading the stage 1-2.

Works consisted of 4 number Aircraft bespoke air handling units complete with DX heating and cooling and heat recovery wheel.

Works also consisted of installing new ductwork up and over the roof supplying each of the manufacturing bays.

ZJ completed these works as the principal contractor under CDM and full turnkey including all mechanical, electrical fire alarm, BMS, civils, commissioning and lagging works.
