ZJ Building Services undertake floor refurbishments throughout the estate completing the mechanical works.

We work alongside the building management team and buildings consultants to develop the machinal. Design for the space. The designs are based around optimising the space by ensuring that the number of fan coils is sufficient for the space.

Works are always undertaken to the best possible programme with multiple floors and leaves across the 42 floor skyscraper under works at any stage.

ZJ building services undertake equipment selection, procurement, installation, water treatment, commissioning and associated electrical works.
