WELLINGTON HOUSE AHU

Detail / Description:
This project tasked us with replacing external AHU Units on the roof of Wellington House due to existing units reaching the end of their life span. The ultimate goal would be for the units to produce a effective and efficient output, which would also reduce running costs.
The new AHU was placed into position on the appropriate pre- installed brackets and attenuators installed to both supply and extract ductwork of new AHU, where required.
Installation of new volume control dampers and fire dampers within ductwork where required accordingly. All new ventilation fitted with 50mm phenolic blocks and external aluminium cladding. With the supply and install of new electrical supplies and BMS controls routed on containment.
On completion of the works we ran the new AHU through a full Site Acceptance Test, commissioning and balancing of the system and inspection and certification.
